Boise Quickbooks Accounting – Certification Process

Winning the confidence of our customers is based on trust and expertise. We learn something everyday regarding the needs of small business within the small business accounting space. Just recently, I enrolled into the QuickBooks ProAdvisior Program which is the highest level of certification within QuickBooks. Along with my LearnKey Quickbooks Certification, our customers will know that the education of our staff is one of the highest priorities we require of each of our members, including myself.

Going through this process seems expensive, but we feel education in technology and accounting practices is a requirement for the benefit of our customers. As we build our regional markets for VioletsOffice.com each member is required to stay on top of certifications and continue with an understanding that our culture is based on the value of personal growth and education.

Whew ! Let me just say . . . there is nothing “easy” about certifications and or having the “expert” role. I am very fortunate to have a team of advisors and Certified Pubic Accounts that surround my operation. They help our credibility position and the accuracy of our services.

February 2, 2008 we have launched VioletsOffice.com and the response has been amazing and very supportive from friends and family alike. I could not have done it without the amazing creative talents of Don Server and the help & support of my other team members. I look forward to the ride ahead!!!

New Opportunities…

After 6 weeks of sending out 2-5 resumes a day and only getting responses from internet scams, I was finally contacted by a legitimate company and was able to arrange an interview!! Although I did not get the position…. it seemed to open the door to other opportunities. Within a week I received 3 more responses from local groups, one of which I began working with the day after my interview.
